A locally famous private residence, the Château was originally crafted by the Morrow family, renowned for their legacy in the Morrow Crane Company. A number of years after Mr. Morrow peacefully passed, this extraordinary estate has now found its way into the hands of two passionate visionaries, Michelle and Terry, a married duo who had been looking for their next dream home. With hearts filled with admiration for the Château's rich heritage, Michelle and Terry left their old residence in Washington and embarked on a lifelong journey to infuse their own dreams into this Oreganian legacy.
Under the care of this passionate duo, the Château is now being lovingly restored, updated, and maintained to allow its legendary beauty to live on. As you explore the sprawling grounds and awe-inspiring architecture, you'll witness the seamless blend of old-world charm and contemporary aspirations. To Michelle and Terry, they saw the Château as a miracle that was born out of a loving family’s dream decades ago, and it is now their honor to protect and share this truly remarkable architectural splendor with the world.

We want to take a moment to share something close to our hearts. The Château is more than just a business to us – it is a labor of love and a place we call home. Prior to our involvement, the Château was abandoned and neglected for years due to the daunting cost of maintenance. Between caring for the extensive formal garden, repairs, renovations, cleaning, utilities, security and general staffing, we ensure that every fee collected goes straight back into preserving the beauty of this remarkable estate, while enforcing strict rules to minimize the disruptions to our peaceful agricultural community.
As we pour our heart and soul into restoring and reinvesting into the Château, we just want to let you know that your support means the world to us and keeps us going on this incredible journey.

Being here feels like one of the greatest gifts of life, and to be able to share its beauty with others is what we know this property was always intended for.
Our primary goal at Château de Michellia is to preserve its integrity, refine its character, while sharing its undeniable magic with the world. We cannot wait to grow old together, build stories with those around us, and explore the possibilities with everyone whom we cross paths with at the Château.
